About me

In 1996 Stephen founded Adkins Associates specialising in dispute resolution including the preparation and consideration of major claims submissions relating to valuation of the works, delay analysis and related matters such as disruption to the regular progress of the works.

He has been appointed as an expert to consider such matters and has given evidence in matters before the High Courts of England and Wales and in matters proceeding to Arbitration and Adjudication.

About me

Steve Hasland has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries.

Steve set up has specialized in dispute resolution including the preparation and consideration of claims submissions, adjudication advocacy concerning the valuation of the parties’ entitlements, delay and disruption to the progress of the works and other related commercial matters, the provision of expert quantum evidence in the consideration of such claims and the provision of legal support services.

Wayne Adkins FCIArb MCIOB

About me

Wayne Adkins started his career in construction in Facilities Management. He managed a PFI project called Grove Village.

In 2011 Wayne joined Adkins Associates. Using both his construction experience and skills with computer software, Wayne became a Programme Engineer. He has received formal training in the use of programming software and in particular Asta Powerproject. He has completed a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management and is currently studying a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.
