Steve Hasland has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries.

Steve set up has specialized in dispute resolution including the preparation and consideration of claims submissions, adjudication advocacy concerning the valuation of the parties’ entitlements, delay and disruption to the progress of the works and other related commercial matters, the provision of expert quantum evidence in the consideration of such claims and the provision of legal support services.

Martyn has wide and extensive experience in the Construction industry and in particular he has specialised in Building Engineering Services, Facilities Management and Support Services Sectors. Having worked at various levels in these sectors, he has highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Wayne Adkins started his career in construction in Facilities Management. He managed a PFI project called Grove Village.

In 2011 Wayne joined Adkins Associates. Using both his construction experience and skills with computer software, Wayne became a Programme Engineer. He has received formal training in the use of programming software and in particular Asta Powerproject. He has completed a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management and is currently studying a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.

Wayne is experienced in producing Delay Analysis to the Society of Construction Law Delay & Disruption Protocol.
